A talented young man at my local church, Sprowston Methodist church – Ben Lawrence – has produced a music video focusing on the current unease in the UK and other countries at this troubled time. Using the song by The Brilliance who has permitted him to record this version of their song – See The Love.
It is a prayer for communities, minorities and all of us. Please see the video below and if you feel up to it, then wherever you are, please join in the prayer for peace within our communities, between people1 of all nationalities and in all situations.
If you are not into prayer, that’s okay, I get that. But please have the thought2 on your mind, in your heart. That is where great things start, it only takes a small moment of your time and God will know.
Peace be with you.
- Ephesians 4:29-32
(NKJV) Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamour, and evil speaking be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.
↩︎ - Philippians 4:8
(NKJV) Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy – meditate on these things.
